- One six-foot table: $50
- Two or more six-foot tables: $45 each (10% off, applied automatically)
Purchasing this reservation officially secures your vendor space for the selected Home Base Card Party date.
Please Note
- Completing the original vendor interest form did not reserve a table.
- Table locations will be assigned based on the final layout and vendor mix.
- Specific locations cannot be guaranteed.
- Vendor load-in instructions and additional show information will be emailed before the event.
- This purchase is for vendor space only. Merchandise and displays must remain within your reserved footprint.
- Load-in begins at 7:30 for September 26.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
- All table reservation purchases are nonrefundable.
- Vendors may transfer their reservation to another available Home Base Card Party date in 2026 with at least 10 days notice prior to the original show date. 2027 dates may be chosen if 2026 dates do not work.
- To request a transfer, email us before your deadline and we will confirm availability for your preferred date.
